The Exhibit Building is a 25,000 square foot facility with a seating capacity of 1,800 or banquet facilities for 1,000. The building can be divided into three adjustable meeting areas with movable staging available or used in its entirety as an exhibition hall. The Gregg County Fair and Expo, conducted at the facility, have been on going since 1949 and continue to grow each year. In 2003, an all time record was set with 185,000 people visiting the fair and Longview, Texas. People come from all surrounding areas to enjoy the fair. Trades Days, another popular event, is held on the second weekend of each month, with an average of 7,500 people per month. For more information call: 903-237-1230
